Territory Sales – Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion Full-time | Remote (Pacific Time Zone) If you’re passionate about improving patient access to advanced therapies and love blending clinical knowledge with strategic sales, this role is for you. As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll represent a growing specialty pharmacy portfolio, working directly with prescribers and care teams across the West Coast. You’ll play a key role in expanding referral networks, educating providers, and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of coordinated care. What You’ll Do
Drive Growth:
Achieve territory sales and margin goals through business development across neurology, allergy & immunology, rheumatology, and oncology. Develop Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, practice managers, and health systems—serving as the trusted clinical and product resource. Educate & Empower:
Train prescriber offices on new therapies, biosimilars, and infusion product use, as well as patient access tools and digital portals. Strategize for Success:
Create and execute a territory business plan aligned with company sales priorities. Lead Territory Expansion:
Identify new accounts and onboarding opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing prescribers. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with internal teams (clinical, reimbursement, and operations) to ensure seamless patient support and account coverage. Monitor Performance:
Leverage CRM and analytics tools (ZoHo, Envoy, Teams) to track activity, pipeline, and prescriber engagement. Be a Trusted Partner:
Lead quarterly business reviews with top accounts to analyze performance and uncover new opportunities. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion sales Prior retail pharmacy background required Strong understanding of third-party billing, private health plans, and government payor programs Knowledge of pharmacy compliance, reimbursement pathways, and risk mitigation best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with clinicians and business leaders alike Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel), CRM systems, and health record platforms Why You’ll Love This Role
