As a Specialty Infusion Sales Executive, you’ll lead growth efforts across Los Angeles, building trusted partnerships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare teams. You’ll play a critical role in expanding patient access to high-quality infusion care while driving measurable results for your territory. What You’ll Do

Lead territory growth by developing new referral sources and nurturing strong provider relationships. Execute sales strategies that align with company goals and patient-first values. Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Educate providers and staff on specialty infusion therapies and service offerings. Identify and resolve customer needs with urgency, professionalism, and care. Manage your territory like a business — setting goals, tracking activity, and consistently achieving outcomes that make a difference. What You Bring

2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health. Strong understanding of medical terminology and the infusion care landscape. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and exceed expectations. Clean driving record and willingness to travel within your territory. Bonus Points If You Have

Proven success in infusion or specialty pharmacy sales. Familiarity with CPR+ or other healthcare CRM tools. Established relationships with referral sources across neurology, immunology, or rheumatology specialties. Why This Role Matters
