Keiser University . Responsibilities
Audit, process, and monitor inactive student accounts, including withdrawal calculations and ensuring proper handling of refunds and timelines. Review graduate student accounts for accuracy, compliance, and closure to the account. Review credit balances for Inactive Student Accounts to bring them to a 0 balance. Audit and review inactive student accounts to determine if an R2T4 calculation is required based on Federal Regulations; complete calculations and process refunds within required timelines to remain compliant when applicable. Audit and review students who have graduated to ensure account accuracy, verify eligibility of funds, and process refunds to meet Federal Regulations. Ensure all inactive accounts have credit balances cleared within regulatory timelines. Collaborate with campuses and other departments to resolve outstanding issues; provide support to campuses with questions related to withdrawal calculations and refunds. Address regulatory compliance issues discovered in daily functions with the Student Account Manager. Review VA documents in Schooldocs and communicate with Certifying Officials, RPO, and Military Affairs team if documentation is missing or corrections are needed. Requirements
Associates Degree and/or at least 2 years of finance, accounting, or business experience. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Skills And Knowledge
Financial Aid experience helpful Computer skills: Microsoft Office experience, proficient in Excel and spreadsheets Detail oriented Self-motivated Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Campus Management experience helpful Hours
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional overtime required with management approval. Occasional Saturdays during audit and special projects. Seniority level
