Our AI agent helps businesses handle even the trickiest, high-stakes customer support queries safely and effectively, all while giving them the visibility and control they need to trust the outcomes.
We’re a small but mighty team of builders from leading companies like Monzo, Pleo, and Google. We work in a hybrid model from our London office, a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, where we collaborate and connect 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities
Drive Revenue and Build the Foundation: Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from generating own leads and building a robust pipeline to negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals. Expand business within existing accounts by identifying and selling new features and business lines. Define our sales motion and strategy.
Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives at our largest customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and leveraging our product to deliver significant value and ROI.
Champion Our Product: Articulate our value proposition through tailored presentations, live demos, and strategic discussions. Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer success and inform the product roadmap.
Collaborate and Influence: Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and other teams to execute campaigns, streamline the customer journey, and deliver an industry-leading experience. Your insights will influence growth strategies.
Shape the Future: Help define GTM motion, build out sales processes, and set the standard for engaging with and winning enterprise accounts. Your work will have a direct impact on Gradient Labs’ success.
Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
Expertise in managing complex, end-to-end deals from prospecting to close.
Ability to build and maintain C-suite relationships.
Experience with consultative and value-based selling.
Deep familiarity with the SaaS and AI landscape.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
