Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams in your region, providing support and guidance Onboard new sales representatives from partner organizations and lead engaging training sessions Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners to enhance brand awareness Partner with sales reps to identify and advance high-value opportunities in the pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to report insights and improve partner performance Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of channel or distribution partner management experience with proven revenue growth At least 3 years of direct selling experience in a high-activity environment Strong understanding of channel sales models and the ability to sell innovative solutions Proven success in training and motivating sales teams Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, in-the-field presence Preferred Qualifications
