Outside Sales Representative
to join our team and build lasting partnerships with contractors, builders, architects, and designers. Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients including general contractors, builders, and designers. Prospect and secure new accounts to expand our customer base. Conduct presentations and consultations to understand client needs. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics. Represent KAT Fabricators at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Qualifications
Previous outside sales experience in construction, building materials, or related industry strongly . Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own territory and schedule. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000 + uncapped commission (Strong Six Figures) 401(k) with 6% company match Health insurance Life insurance Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Professional development and growth potential Job Type
