About the Role NetDocuments is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across the EMEA region. In this role, you will own the demand strategy for the Small and Mid-Market segments, leading the design and execution of high-impact campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing ROI. You’ll bring fresh, innovative approaches to optimize performance and ensure measurable success. Partnering closely with sales leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, International, this high-visibility role will directly shape how we engage and convert small and mid-market buyers across the EMEA legal industry.

You Will

Own Demand Strategy & Pipeline Goals

Develop and execute demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline targets.

Segment Expertise & Campaign Execution

Act as the subject matter expert for small and mid-market buyers.

Plan, launch, and analyze omni channel campaigns across paid media, SEO/GEO, content syndication, webinars, and events (live & virtual).

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & Search Visibility

Incorporate GEO into the digital strategy to ensure visibility in generative AI-driven search results, optimizing content and messaging for AI assistants and search engines.

Audience & Campaign Personalization

Use AI-powered tools to segment audiences, personalize campaigns at scale, and predict lead behavior for better conversion outcomes.

Experimentation & Optimization

Drive continuous experimentation with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and emerging tactics. Use insights to iterate and improve campaign performance across inbound and outbound channels.

Content & Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver content for every stage of the funnel (white papers, case studies, landing pages) aligned with campaign channel mix.

Analytics & Forecasting

Measure ROI, forecast demand flow, and track lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.

Sales Alignment

Partner with sales and sales operations to ensure seamless lead handoff, optimize lead scoring, and increase conversion at each funnel stage.

Knowledge Sharing

Gather ideas and best practices from customers, colleagues, and industry experts; share insights across the marketing and sales organization.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

Minimum 5 years in demand generation or marketing strategy

SaaS marketing experience – specifically within the SMB space

Minimum 1-year hands-on experience executing programs in Marketo

Demonstrated track record of success directly managing demand generation campaigns within the Small and Mid-Market space

Clear understanding of ROI analysis and proved analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, results, and recommend changes

Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategy, including managing integrated campaigns across a variety of digital channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, display, SEO and content syndication

Proven ability to optimise performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign analytics

Advanced, hands-on use of Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics

Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management, marketing automation and demand generation with focus on success of impact/revenue

Demonstrated experience of partnering with product, product marketing, creative services, channel partners, sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth

Advanced knowledge of lead scoring and lead nurturing best practices

World class analytical and quantitative skills

Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution

Customer-centric focus

Ability to turn data into marketing intelligence and action-oriented analysis

Ability to think critically and communicate complex information
