Demonstrated ability to lead and sponsor change and manage cross-functional teams (locally and remotely). Comfortable with numbers, leading performance by facts and numbers, using sales tools and analytics, and understanding financial benefit with value capture through smart pricing approaches. As our District Modernization Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of our MOD sales and will drive an outside-in customer service mindset to meet customer needs. You will participate in market and customer analysis to ensure quality of sales planning, consider pricing and offering management to drive market pricing and profitability, and lead by example in sharing your understanding of the selling cycle, customer purchasing strategies, selling, negotiating, reporting and funnel management. Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market. Drive proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments, showing value over the lifecycle. Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, loyalty and satisfaction. Identify and build relationships with key decision makers, potential targets and influencers. Promote and demonstrate the value of KONE digital offerings. Responsible for District and Individual Sales Plans (ISPs) for their team. Engage in market and customer analysis to ensure quality of sales planning and participate in pricing and offering management to drive profitability. Gather information about competitors and market from the field and identify cross-selling opportunities across all KONE solutions. Lead the sales process, including CRM data quality, contact management, opportunity management, and reporting of won/lost opportunities. Set sales targets according to market potential and unit guidelines; drive short and long-term sales results from the team. Lead pricing guidelines for the area and coach the team to be proactive with customers using KONE solution selling methodology. Develop team competences, motivate and inspire high performance, and ensure a great onboarding experience plus succession planning. Collaborate with the AME Modernization team to drive process improvement and support data analysis. Qualifications

7+ years

of technical sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in service or technical sales. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

7+ years

Annual Base Pay Range:

The compensation package will depend on the ability to meet the requirements of the role and various factors including skill set, years of experience, certifications, and location. Location-specific ranges include: Portland, OR / Las Vegas, NV / San Diego, CA / Sacramento, CA area: $171,600 -- $235,900 Glendale, CA / Costa Mesa, CA / Redmond, WA area: $184,400 -- $253,500 San Francisco, CA / San Leandro, CA area: $200,400 -- $275,500 Helena, MT area: $152,300 -- $209,400 Variable Compensation:
