The base compensation range is between $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is eligible for variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) between $200,000 - $215,000. Job Description

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure they are successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. It is your responsibility to drive adoption through the network of referring physicians. You will work with accounts proactively to support, educate, and provide solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role with a primary focus on spending time with customers including Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and beyond. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Responsibilities

Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway. Develop and execute business development plans with the account’s key stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization, including leadership and physician mentors, organizing and staffing events, road-shows, and referring physician office meetings. Coordinate with Territory Sales, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development and Clinical teams. Increase Heartflow usage within designated key accounts by maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders. Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians. Promote Heartflow and build advocacy among customers. Performance metrics include meeting/exceeding quota for strategic accounts and cCTA/FFRct growth in assigned locations. Skills & Experience

Proven sales skills and a track record of sales achievement. Account development experience, including building and supporting strong clinical programs (preferred). Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to grasp and disseminate information to customers. Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders (administrative and clinical) to drive awareness of the cCTA/FFRct pathway and expand Heartflow adoption. Cross-functional collaboration to coordinate field and HQ resources for program development, sales, marketing, education and training. Customer-focused mentality with the ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals. Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of completing projects under pressure. Strong problem-solving and communication skills; professional etiquette. Educational Requirements & Work Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred. Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital software, or related fields is highly desired.
