is seeking a Territory Account Manager for the Minneapolis, MN region. The TAM will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic area, driving adoption of Heartflow\'s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology and ensuring customer success through proactive engagement with referring physicians. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will work with customers to ensure they are highly successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. Responsibilities include driving adoption through the network of referring physicians, supporting and educating accounts, and building high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role with a primary focus on Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and related professionals. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway; develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization (Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical, etc.) to support accounts and program development. Increase Heartflow usage within designated key accounts by: Maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and other clinical stakeholders Educating customers on Heartflow\'s value proposition through presentations and discussions Promoting and championing Heartflow to build advocacy Measure performance based on targets in active accounts (metrics include quota attainment and growth of cCTA/FFRct usage and case volume). Skills & Requirements
Proven sales skills and a track record of sales achievement Account development experience; experience building and supporting strong clinical programs is preferred Clinical/technical proficiency; quick learner able to grasp medical/technical information and communicate it to customers Ability to develop relationships with admin staff, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing, and strategic personnel to drive awareness of a cCTA/FFRct pathway and deepen Heartflow adoption Collaborates cross-functionally to coordinate field and HQ resources for focused customers Customer-focused mentality with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain medical technologies to health care professionals Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred Self-motivated with the ability to initiate, organize, and complete projects Problem-solving under pressure and a strong work ethic; works well in cross-functional teams Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM Educational Requirements & Work Experience
4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology-related fields, hospitals, or medical software is highly desired Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired Heartflow is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
