Maintain a regular call frequency on targeted accounts. Account list to be approved by the Senior Sales Manager and developed by the Rep in coordination with the wholesaler. Focus on existing SCC accounts, high-volume lost accounts and potential opportunity accounts that will grow overall business. Achieve sales volume budgets and distribution objectives as agreed upon in the annual plan, including volume and distribution goals for new brand and package introductions by developing a detailed account-level plan to execute distribution targets and increase volume sell-through. Develop and maintain solid customer relationships through regular calls, gain in-depth understanding of customer needs, monitor market trends, and execute business goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers by adding value and ensuring that SCC remains a preferred supplier. Ride with key wholesalers salespeople to train and assist in retail execution. Execute on-premise promotions in targeted accounts and assist with select off-premise demonstrations and samplings, in accordance with local and state regulations. Communicate objectives, plans and results to the Senior Sales Manager and appropriate sales team members as directed. Maintain regular call activity in the greater Denver area as agreed with the Senior Sales Manager. Assist the Senior Sales Manager in other Colorado markets as needed. Represent the company at events, festivals and sponsorship activities, including setup, staffing, and teardown. Manage and operate within promotional, travel and administrative budgets. Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred). 4 years of sales experience with a proven record of success. Passion and commitment to building a brand with an entrepreneurial spirit. Team-driven, high-energy, passionate and resourceful with strong organizational skills. Experience in the food or beverage industry, preferably in adult beverages. Prior experience working with a distributor. Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills. Clean driving record. Ability to lift and move up to 140 lbs. as needed. Compensation
Salaried exempt, $58,000-$65,000 annually. Bonus potential: $14,400/year. Benefits
Car and phone allowance; Paid Sick and Safe Time; Vacation: up to 2 weeks (accrued), with additional time as length of service with company increases; 10 paid holidays per year; Medical/Dental/Vision: premium paid 80% by the company and 20% by the employee; some dependent benefits available; 401(k): match up to 6%.
