Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Compensation for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales position includes health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Alignment with our four core values and being a good human Location: Remote work is possible if you have eligible working rights and can be in your team region for field work Additional Information
