We are looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to be in control of their time and income. What You’ll Do

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

We are looking for curious and empathetic people who are motivated by meaningful work and share our core values. The role requires: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Alignment with our four core values and a strong sense of integrity Location: Remote work is allowed if you have eligible working rights and can be in your team region’s field Additional Information
