You will engage with clients across various industries, utilizing innovative solutions to solve complex challenges. You will also have the opportunity to sell a diverse portfolio of services and products from leading technology vendors, OEMs, and enterprise solutions providers. YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth, including acquiring new accounts Achieving growth objectives through prospecting, lead management, and relationship building with Mid-Tier and Fortune 1000 companies Growing existing client revenues via cross-selling ePlus core competencies Establishing and maintaining manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint sales opportunities Leading and coordinating a cross-functional team Identifying and executing high-impact initiatives aligned with customer and company growth strategies Implementing ongoing account management plans leveraging all resources Providing monthly forecasts and quarterly reviews for the assigned territory Traveling up to 30%, primarily within the local territory; some air travel may be required Qualifications
Proven success selling to Managed Accounts at CXO and VP levels Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling technology services (data center, cloud, collaboration, networking, emerging tech) Experience selling eServices; AI solutions experience is a plus VAR/systems integrator sales or direct OEM/software sales experience preferred Knowledge of e-business solutions environment Strong lead qualification, market engagement, and closing skills Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to leverage SMEs to accelerate sales Self-motivated with initiative and drive BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred Why ePlus?

The starting base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 annually, with total compensation including commissions and bonuses. Benefits include medical, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Details will be provided upon offer. The position is at-will, and salary may be adjusted based on performance and market factors. Additional Information
