Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products to small law firms through outbound calls Manage inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities while applying consultative sales techniques Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations Demonstrate online products during pre-sales calls using web-based tools Maintain accurate records of calls, sales orders, and customer profiles in the CRM system What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment Strong sales process and negotiation skills Proficient in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and accurate forecasting abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
