What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute an effective Agency Management sales plan to achieve production and profit goals
Engage with agents through personal meetings and phone contact to meet sales objectives
Analyze competitor products, rates, and activities to provide strategic recommendations
Maintain sales administration responsibilities, including timely reporting and expense management
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/producers to maximize business development
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of territorial sales and marketing experience, with strong product knowledge and sales skills
Proven outstanding sales performance and a strong desire to succeed
Experience in agency training and development
Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SalesForce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Underwriting knowledge is beneficial
Ability to motivate and lead others
Experience in building actionable sales plans
Desire and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Reside within commuting distance of the sales territory
