Responsibilities
Develop and execute an effective Agency Management sales plan to achieve production and profit goals Conduct personal meetings and phone contact with agents to meet or exceed sales objectives Analyze competitor products, rates, and activities to make informed recommendations Maintain agency relationships and support agents in maximizing their revenue through Hartford products Create actionable Agency Sales Plans aligned with financial objectives for growth and retention Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of territorial sales and marketing experience Proven outstanding sales performance and strong desire to win Experience in agency training and relationship management Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Salesforce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications
