What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients in the IT and technology sectors

Deliver exceptional customer experiences to clients on a daily basis

Develop and manage a pipeline of existing accounts to maintain and expand revenue

Understand client needs and align them with appropriate research solutions

Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in market research or IT services

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

Strong understanding of the IT industry, including enterprise technologies and digital transformation

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools

Knowledge of cybersecurity and AI trends in the IT sector
