What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect new business opportunities within K-12 districts across the western US

Manage the entire sales cycle for clients in a multi-state territory

Build and maintain relationships with senior-level district leaders

Develop and execute effective territory plans to meet assigned sales quotas

Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain an accurate sales pipeline

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in the education field

4+ years of teaching experience or 5 years in the education market, preferably in Special Education, SEL, and Mental Health

Proven ability to work effectively in a home office environment and meet sales metrics

Strong communication and presentation skills

Hunter mentality focused on new business development with large and midsized accounts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Existing K-12 network of senior-level district leaders within the designated territory

Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy

Experience with Salesforce.com for pipeline management
