Area Sales Manager - Eugene, OR at Stellantis. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM for the West Business Center must live in or near Eugene, OR or be willing to relocate. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development. Responsibilities
Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line Ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling Ensure maximum production capability within the area Additional Responsibilities
Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities, review and analysis of dealer financial statements, and consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of sales or marketing experience Lives in or near Eugene, OR or is willing to relocate for position Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Excel in building positive working relationships Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals Our Benefits — Designed With You In Mind
