Overview
Lead Account Manager, Programmatic role at Digital Turbine. This is a highly professional, client-facing position based in New York, NY. The role supports the U.S. business across the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sale pitch preparation to post-sale campaign execution and optimization. This is a hybrid office environment requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Support: join client meetings in partnership with the sales team to support strategic planning and execution; collaborate with Sales and Account Management on RFP responses, media plans, and strategic pitch materials; translate client goals into actionable programmatic strategies and scalable solutions; provide DSP insights and inventory recommendations to support proposal development. Campaign Management, Client Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: own programmatic revenue targets, ensure maximum campaign delivery while optimizing toward key performance metrics (CTR, VCR, CPA); troubleshoot technical issues in real time with internal teams and DSP support; act as a strategic advisor with data-driven insights, regular performance updates, and actionable recommendations; contribute to QBRs, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis; liaise with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product to drive client success; mentor junior account managers. Qualifications
5 years of online programmatic advertising experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk and DV360) Hands-on experience with PMP deals, private exchanges, and programmatic guaranteed Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); relationship-building via phone and in person Ability to analyze large datasets and craft narratives to influence customer behavior Teamwork and interpersonal skills; positive approach to challenges; strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating abilities; professional maturity and high emotional IQ About Digital Turbine

We are committed to pay transparency. The total compensation package (base salary + performance-based commission) for this position is $150,000-185,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
