Senior Account Executive
at CNP Technologies Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid/Onsite) CNP Technologies is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a high-impact sales role focused on building lasting customer relationships, developing new business, and driving growth across our portfolio of IT solutions and services. We’re looking for a proven sales professional who thrives in a strategic, consultative environment and has a track record of success selling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and unified communications. Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, expanding adoption of CNP’s full portfolio of IT and communication solutions Deliver compelling presentations of CNP’s value proposition to executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders Partner with marketing to promote customer attendance at events, webinars, and vendor-sponsored programs Maintain deep knowledge of CNP’s Tier 1 products and services to position their value effectively Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation Accurately track pipeline, forecast opportunities, and manage customer information in our CRM system What We’re Looking For
10+ years of proven success in IT sales (infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, or unified communications preferred) Strong ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close complex, solution-based sales Experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts in diverse industries Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools Base salary with uncapped commission structure Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Hybrid/onsite flexibility in Charlotte, NC Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership support Career advancement opportunities in a growing company OTE range: base salary plus commission expected to total $175K-$250K About CNP Technologies
