Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive for our Commercial Flooring division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the commercial flooring sector, understanding their needs, and providing tailored flooring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring market. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction with flooring solutions. Provide expert advice on flooring options including carpet, resilient, and ceramic materials. Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the commercial flooring industry. Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/experience is preferred.
