We are a family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, with 1,400 employees in 24 locations worldwide and a fleet of 60,000+ circulating containers. Since 1972, we have specialized in mobile room solutions. We are growing quickly and are actively seeking qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond. We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/x) for Southern Tirol in Italy and the states of Tirol and Vorarlberg, Austria. Depending on qualifications and experience, a salary starting at EUR 50,000 gross per year plus a performance related bonus, based on a 40h week, is offered.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Sales and rental of modular solutions
Acquisition of new clients
Single point of contact – own the relationship from enquiry to the end of the project
Provide support including technical advice for the existing customer base in Tirol and Vorarlberg
Contribute to the further development of the sales strategy for Austria
What You Bring to the Team
Successfully completed commercial training as industrial clerk, office management assistant, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in sales (e.g., Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager) in an industrial, construction or modular company. Experience with rental modular room solutions is desirable but not mandatory
Professional experience in public affairs and procurement is desirable but not mandatory
Experience in proactively approaching customers / cold calling and B2B sales
High customer orientation with an independent and solution-oriented work style
Interest in technical systems and strong negotiation skills
Assertiveness, initiative, good communication and networking skills
Location and Employment Details Area: Southern Tirol (Italy) and Tirol and Vorarlberg (Austria). The role offers a 40-hour work week with a starting salary of EUR 50,000 gross per year plus performance-related bonus, depending on qualifications and experience.
