Personal Injury Case Manager Salary and Benefits:
Salary range is $60K-$65K (Flexible/Negotiable DOE). Benefits include Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and 401k retirement plan. Company Overview:
Our client is a reputable personal injury law firm with over 30 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have suffered personal injuries and dealing with insurance companies. Responsibilities include managing personal injury cases from start to finish, maintaining communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Responsibilities: Investigate and analyze cases to determine the best legal course of action. Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail. Locate and interview witnesses, review reports and medical records, and conduct research. Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary. Keep clients updated and ensure understanding and approval of actions. Maintain communication with all parties involved. Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards. Stay updated on personal injury law developments. Supervise support staff and delegate tasks. Handle administrative tasks such as file management. Manage bodily injury cases from start to finish. Communicate extensively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Monitor clients’ medical treatments and draft demand packages. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience or exposure to personal injury work. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-5 years of professional experience in human services or related fields preferred. Experience working with trauma-affected clients. Knowledge of community resources and referral processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Additional Details
