Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring excellent service Draft and send demand packages to insurance companies Monitor medical treatment progress and collect relevant records Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel Investigate case details, review records and reports, and support case development Assist in case preparation for mediation or trial Maintain accurate case documentation and follow legal and ethical guidelines Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 2-5 years of experience in personal injury case management or a client-facing legal/human services role Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting Experience handling bodily injury claims end-to-end Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma Knowledge of community resources and referral processes Bilingual in English and Spanish Benefits
