Payroll Specialist

to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. The Payroll Specialist will manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

$70,000 - $79,000 annually

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Process multi-state payrolls for multiple entities using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Manage various pay structures, including hourly, salary, commissions, and piece-rate earnings.

Review and reconcile timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies.

Handle garnishments, bonuses, and other adjustments accurately.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support audits and reporting requirements.

Maintain organized payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience processing multi-state, multi-entity payrolls.

Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required.

Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax laws, and wage calculations.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
