The Role
The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support financial planning and analysis activities. This position plays a vital role in keeping the company’s financial health strong, while delivering accurate reporting to support business decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist the Corporate Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and financial regulations.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare financial reports for senior management and the board.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA preferred.
5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Proficiency with accounting software QuickBooks, Vista, and Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience in construction industries a plus.
