As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations. Support the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding paperwork Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks Help deliver employee training, implement policies, and support employee relations Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with UKG/Kronos or other HRIS is a plus What We Offer
