Our client, a global law firm with an international presence, is seeking a
Construction Litigation Paralegal
to join their Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Real Estate–Construction practice group handling complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. With excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, this professional will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities
Prepare attorneys for depositions, motions, hearings, arbitration, mediation, and trial. Monitor court dockets and ensure compliance with all deadlines, schedules, and orders. Coordinate and exchange exhibits with opposing parties. Conduct factual research, draft chronologies, locate witnesses, and provide trial support. Organize, analyze, and synthesize evidence into usable formats including reports, spreadsheets, and trial exhibits. Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of litigation paralegal experience in a mid-to-large law firm. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Paralegal Certification required. Experience with eDiscovery and litigation support applications (Relativity, Concordance, Opus 2/Live Note). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Pro, and Windows-based systems; Filesite experience a plus. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
