Overview

Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. This position has full-time opportunities in Elyria, Shakers Square (30 hours), Puritas, Ashtabula, Lorain Ave, South Garfield Heights (30 hours), Brilliant, Strongsville and Euclid Offices. We welcome applicants who will provide a consistent, optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions, while developing collaborative partnerships with branch teams and partners to best serve clients. The role involves educating clients on digital products and services, and leveraging resources to enhance the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Note: This posting is for Client Relationship Consultant levels 1 through 4. Your level will be reviewed and matched to the appropriate job level when you apply. Responsibilities

Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up. Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients. Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services. Provide a consistent, optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and service quality. This active posting requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 1–2 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training Preferred Skills/Experience: Proven ability to build relationships, effective client engagement, basic knowledge of bank policies and support systems, customer service and interpersonal skills, experience with digital products and self-service technologies, and ability to identify customer needs with a digital-first mindset Client Relationship Consultant 2

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training Preferred Skills/Experience: Relationship-building, effective client engagement, thorough knowledge of bank policies and support systems, customer service and interpersonal skills, experience with digital products and self-service technologies, digital-first mindset Client Relationship Consultant 3

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong relationship-building, advanced knowledge of retail products and services, sales campaign experience, digital product experience, advanced recommendations to meet customer needs Client Relationship Consultant 4

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training Preferred Skills/Experience: Advanced relationship-building, advanced knowledge of policies and support systems, comprehensive knowledge of all retail products and services, experience in sales campaigns/promotions, digital product experience, advanced recommendations to meet customer needs Benefits
