Openings include full-time (40 hours) at Columbus S High, Bexley, Galloway Kroger, and Great Eastern Offices; part-time (20 hours) at Hilliard Square Kroger Office. Responsibilities
Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up. Effectively engage and communicate with clients and understand their needs with a digital-first approach. Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking products and services; assist with meeting financial needs. Open new consumer and business accounts; complete service requests and submit loan or credit applications as applicable. Develop partnerships with branch team members and partners to serve clients. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings. Adhere to regulatory requirements (NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z); participate in required background and credit checks. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications vary by level (high school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail banking ranging from 1–5+ years). Preferred Skills/Experience include relationship-building, proactive outreach, client engagement, knowledge of bank policies, customer service, and experience with digital products. Additional levels (Consultant 2–4) require progressively more experience (e.g., 3–4 years for Level 2, 4–5 years for Level 3, 5+ years for Level 4) and advanced proficiency in recommending solutions and participating in sales campaigns. Licensing and Compliance
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS requirements may affect offers or employment. Benefits
