You will assess customers’ financial needs, educate them on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned with their goals. Responsibilities

Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up. Engage and communicate with clients to identify and address their financial needs. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products. Provide a consistent, optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to serve clients effectively. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services. Leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Requirements & Licensing

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z. Registration includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet any NMLS requirements may result in rescission of offer or termination of employment. Role Structure

This posting covers the following levels: Client Relationship Consultant 1, 2, 3, and 4. Your level will be matched to experience upon application. We have full-time openings at Columbus S High, Bexley, Galloway Kroger, and Great Eastern Offices (40 hours/week) and a part-time opening at Hilliard Square Kroger Office (20 hours/week). Basic Qualifications by Level

Client Relationship Consultant 1: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 1–2 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training. Client Relationship Consultant 2: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training. Client Relationship Consultant 3: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training. Client Relationship Consultant 4: High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training. Preferred Skills & Experience

Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up at all levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage clients effectively. Thorough (level-appropriate) knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems. Experience with digital products and self-service technologies; ability to identify customer needs using a digital-first mindset. Ability to make appropriate recommendations to meet customer needs reactively and proactively; experience in financial services preferred at higher levels. Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions. Experience in the financial services industry preferred for higher levels. Benefits
