We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Payroll Manager
to lead all aspects of payroll operations. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, maintains compliance with tax regulations, and partners closely with HR and Finance teams to support employee and organizational needs. Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-state workforce Oversee payroll disbursements and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain payroll systems, implement upgrades, and safeguard data integrity Handle employee inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support internal/external audits Collaborate with HR and Finance for accurate reporting and benefits integration Lead payroll projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications
5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday) Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial reporting tools In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations and best practices High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills CPP certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred Seniority level
