Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists (internally known as Senior Talent Sourcers) are passionate about building world-class teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will take ownership of the high-volume, full-cycle recruitment process across multiple states, managing everything from job description development, geographic market research, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, to extending job offers. You will present strategic hiring solutions and data to managers you support. Your positive energy, sound judgment, and excellent communication are key to success as candidates’ first impression of Parts Town. Responsibilities
Partner with a talent acquisition team to ensure the best candidate experience in every interaction. Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, including market research, job description development, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. Focus on strategic initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates. Develop innovative sourcing strategies for all business units and levels of roles, using data and a mix of channels such as job boards, universities, job fairs, social media, and employee referrals to build robust talent pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers to define the knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics of ideal candidates, with regular meetings to evaluate and pivot strategies as business needs evolve. Partner with leaders to hire for all positions, with focus on hard-to-fill roles. Provide data-driven insights and metrics on candidate pipelines, market trends, and hiring progress to inform decisions and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, guiding both internal and external candidates through the process with efficiency, professionalism, and clear communication. Partner with the onsite HR team to support onboarding and create an exceptional new hire experience. To Land This Opportunity
You bring 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR-related experience, managing end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across diverse functions. A degree in Psychology or Human Resources is a bonus. You can spot top talent in technical and eCommerce spaces, including engineers, developers, or digital professionals, and know how to engage them. You use data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers. You excel at building robust candidate pipelines using creative sourcing techniques and multiple channels. You embody our core values: Safety, Integrity, Community, Passion, Courage, and Innovation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. You have strong attention to detail and communicate updates to stakeholders in real time. You are an effective communicator in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $32.82-$43.91 hourly and depends on qualifications, experience, and location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
