As our company continues to grow, we are searching for a proactive, detail oriented and organized individual to join our Accounting team to focus on supporting weekly Payroll for our field operations across all regions.
This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills are essential. 5 years of previous Payroll experience is required, Oracle or Certified Payroll experience a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting to process all components of weekly in house Payroll
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise
Supporting our Field Time Collection Application
Partnering with others on the Payroll and the IT team to enhance our new Oracle system
