With over 45 years in the industry, Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. is a leading electrical contractor headquartered in Holliston, MA working throughout New England and the Southeast. We are searching for an experienced full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing Accounting team. This role is responsible for the collection of funds due the company while coordinating and processing all company requisitions, proposals and change orders.

Responsibilities :

Coordinating and processing all monthly requisitions

Processing proposals and change orders

Providing reports and information requested by Senior Management

Coordinating collection of funds due, including follow‑up calls and resolving outstanding billing or payment issues

Must Haves :

Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities with a high volume of work.

Strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work across all levels of the company.

1‑3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
