Overview
A law firm in Costa Mesa is seeking a Litigation Secretary with 6+ years of experience to support four attorneys with civil litigation and bankruptcy matters. This person must have previous experience with State and Federal Courts, creating TOC/TOA’s, trial preparation and strong calendaring experience (CompuLaw preferred). This person must be proactive, detail oriented and work well independently or with a team. Overtime may be required. Permanent candidates are offered two days a week of remote work and generous benefits. Bankruptcy experience is strongly required to be considered. Responsibilities
Support four attorneys with civil litigation and bankruptcy matters Manage calendaring and court deadlines Prepare trial materials and TOC/TOA documents Coordinate with State and Federal Courts as needed Work independently or with a team in a proactive, detail-oriented manner Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary Experience with State and Federal Courts Strong calendaring experience; CompuLaw preferred Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team Overtime may be required Bankruptcy experience is strongly required to be considered Compensation
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Location
