Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Schedule:
Full-time, 7.5 hours/day Compensation:
$90-110k (based on experience) Responsibilities
Manage litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings File documents electronically with state and federal courts Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up to date and properly organized Support attorneys with administrative tasks and document management Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties Assist with scheduling meetings, depositions, and travel arrangements Qualifications
Minimum 5-10 years of litigation secretary experience Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures (state and federal) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal calendaring software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills EEO Statement
