Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team and support critical hiring needs across engineering and related functions. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—ensuring top-tier talent is brought into the organization to support ongoing growth. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring three days onsite and two days remote each week. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill set. Responsibilities
Manage a requisition load of approximately 18–25 open roles at a time Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop sourcing strategies Leverage creative sourcing methods to identify and engage hard-to-find candidates Screen applicants against role qualifications and present strong talent to hiring teams Provide consistent updates and recommendations throughout the hiring process Facilitate candidate selection and extend offers Stay informed on business priorities to anticipate future talent needs Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle technical recruiting, including direct partnership with hiring leaders Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) Strong sourcing expertise; proficient in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and represent the TA function professionally Demonstrated success in recruiting engineering talent within a manufacturing or technical environment Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented Details
