A Bit About Us We’re seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a growing, full-service law firm with deep roots in Central Florida. Job Details Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and loan documents. Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials. Work closely with developers, lenders, and institutional investors on complex real estate deals. Provide guidance on land use, entitlements, and zoning matters in coordination with local government entities. Collaborate with attorneys in related practice groups on tax, corporate, and litigation issues affecting real estate transactions. Qualifications 4-10 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions in a law firm or in-house setting. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail across a range of deal documents. Proven ability to manage transactions from contract to close. Experience with Florida real estate law required.
