Peace Village, a 22-acre senior living community, is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead Sales, Marketing, and Life Enrichment to welcome new residents and support a thriving community. Reports to the CEO. What You’ll Do
Lead a team to achieve occupancy goals across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Provide leadership to the Life Services Supervisor and Life Enrichment team to meet residents’ activity and transportation needs with creativity and care. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with Peace Village’s mission and values. Cultivate relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the broader community. Oversee brand management, advertising, and outreach efforts highlighting the Peace Village difference. Partner with the CEO, department heads, and Board to align marketing and engagement strategies with organizational goals. Use data-driven insights and CRM tools to manage leads, analyze trends, and guide decision-making. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For
A compassionate leader with at least 5 years of successful sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living; CCRC/entrance-fee-based communities a plus. Proven experience leading teams and achieving measurable results. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. A strategic thinker who’s also comfortable being hands-on when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Why Peace Village

Director of Sales and Marketing Classification: Exempt Reports to: CEO / Executive Director Job Description Summary / Objective The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet occupancy goals for Peace Village’s Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. This role builds relationships with prospects, residents, families, and the broader community while promoting the mission and values of Peace Village. It provides leadership to the Life Enrichment team and the Life Services Supervisor to ensure activity and transportation needs are met across all levels of living. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Develops and implements an annual strategic sales and marketing plan to maintain full occupancy across all levels of care. Maintains competitive market data and integrates findings into the overall marketing strategy. Establishes and implements proactive strategies to offset attrition and meet occupancy goals. Identifies new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with residents, families, prospects, and community partners. Collaborates with the CEO, Board, and other department leaders to achieve organizational goals. Provides leadership and professional development to the Sales, Marketing, and Life Enrichment teams. Oversees and supports the Life Services Supervisor to ensure activities and transportation programs meet resident needs. Builds partnerships with healthcare providers and local businesses to enhance referral networks. Oversees advertising, digital marketing, and media relations, ensuring brand integrity. Develops and manages departmental budgets and adheres to policies. Collaborates on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management of Sales, Marketing, and Life Enrichment personnel. Ensures all prospective residents meet admission criteria and oversees move-in/move-out in collaboration with others. Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics including occupancy, inquiries, leads, and conversions through the CRM system. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations related to marketing and resident privacy. Maintains high levels of customer service and professionalism in line with Peace Village’s mission. This position directly supervises the Senior Living Consultants, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and the Life Services Supervisor. Work Environment
Professional office environment with standard office equipment. Occasional attendance at community events and off-site meetings. Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to talk and hear, stand, walk, and use hands. May lift or move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally. Position Type and Hours
Full-time, exempt. Typical hours during business hours; evening and weekend work may be required for events and tours. Travel
Local and regional travel for networking, outreach, and events. Required Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five (5) years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare. Proven supervisory experience. Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales management preferred. Other Duties
