Overview
Akkodis is seeking an
Advanced Application Engineer
for a contract with a client in New York, NY (Remote). The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and CPQ customizations for Siemens' digital transformation project.
Rate Range:
$97/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs.
Lead scenario-based implementations of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accurate configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and services using secure and efficient API strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality and deployment best practices through rigorous testing, documentation, and version control.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions to support long-term platform scalability and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 6+ years in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and REST API.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ with scenario-based implementation.
Experience with Salesforce Billing and integration with external systems is highly desirable.

Pay Details:
$97.00 to $100.00 per hour
