Overview
Solutions Architect, Webflow Product Expert — remote-first role with a focus on helping customers build, launch, and grow their Webflow sites. You will share best practices from experience building large Webflow projects, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and inspire customers with real-world use cases. Responsibilities
Act as a trusted Webflow product expert for new and existing customers. Partner with Customer Success Managers to accelerate time to value by guiding customers through onboarding and implementation. Share best practices from experience building large Webflow sites, including CMS architecture, performance optimization, and scalability. Create reusable templates, demos, and site examples to make adopting Webflow simple and repeatable. Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and Design. Inspire confidence in customers by demonstrating Webflow’s potential in real-world use cases. Requirements
About you: Have 2–4 years of experience building and launching complex Webflow sites (freelance, agency, or in-house). You’ll Thrive As a Solutions Architect If You Can showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates advanced CMS, animations, integrations, and performance work in Webflow. Are a confident communicator who can explain technical concepts in approachable, customer-friendly ways. Enjoy collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, from designers and marketers to developers and executives. Are proactive, organized, and capable of juggling multiple customer relationships while contributing internally to templates and tooling.
