Overview
Solutions Architect, Conversion Rate Optimization (East) at Webflow. We’re looking for a CRO-focused Solutions Architect to help customers adopt and grow with Webflow Optimize, partnering with marketers, growth teams, and developers to design, implement, and analyze experiments that drive measurable impact. Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate onboarding and adoption of Webflow Optimize and experimentation tooling. Act as the technical point of contact for customers aiming to improve site performance and conversions. Guide customers on experiment design, implementation best practices, and test strategy, helping them decide when and how to test. Advise customers on measurement frameworks using tools like Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, GA4, or other analytics platforms. Provide light implementation support for front-end tracking or testing code, including tags, pixels, or UTM-based goals. Build reusable CRO frameworks, playbooks, and artifacts that make experimentation easier and faster for all customers. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface technical pain points and experimentation use cases that influence roadmap decisions. Contribute to internal enablement content and tooling that improves how Webflow delivers experimentation at scale. About You / Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, web development, or digital optimization, ideally working directly with marketers, designers, or growth teams. Confident in implementing experiments and guiding customers on when and how to test. Comfortable advising on test design, statistical rigor, and experiment interpretation. Working knowledge of tools like Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, GA4, or other CRO/performance platforms. Ability to implement or review front-end tracking and testing code, ensuring tags, pixels, and events are configured correctly. Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping customers weigh UX, speed, personalization, and experimentation tradeoffs. Interest in growing in long-term CRO program design and growth experimentation strategy. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively improve processes, outcomes, and customer results. Values diverse perspectives and stays current on CRO trends, web performance best practices, and AI-powered optimization technologies.
