Your Key Responsibilities

Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications

Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs

Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses

Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

Skills And Attributes For Success

On typical engagements, work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and documentation, and design functional solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams

Analytical thinking and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies

Ability to guide and develop junior team members

Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management

To Qualify For The Role

Bachelor's degree

2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP-based systems, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules

Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM

Experience / Capabilities

Prior system configuration experience with FSCM modules and organizational hierarchy definitions

Defining customer Business Partner master for FSCM views; strong knowledge of customer master management

Setting up credit control parameters and checks; monitoring and processing blocked sales orders

Defining collection groups and strategies; experience with collection processes

Dispute creation and management processes, dispute attributes, automatic write-off configuration

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

Building and managing relationships

Complex problem-solving

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills

Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies

Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Nice To Have

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience

SAP Certification(s) such as C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications

Additional Qualifications

Prior industry experience in an accounting department
