EHS Manager
is responsible for leading the environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance efforts across North American operations, ensuring full legal compliance and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability. This role oversees a team of EHS Coordinators and Regulatory Compliance Specialists, directing the development and implementation of EHS programs, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to applicable federal, state, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NFPA), managing incident prevention initiatives, conducting hazard assessments, and supporting ISO 14001:2015 compliance. The position also plays a strategic role in environmental planning and sustainability initiatives while serving as the primary liaison with internal leadership and external regulatory bodies. Approximately 30% travel is required across North America, with occasional support for global operations.
