Essential Duties
Perform thorough psychological and psychoeducational assessments via telepsychology Provide individual counseling and mental health interventions through secure platforms Support special education processes and IEP development activities Offer consultation services to educators and families Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention when needed Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborative planning sessions Maintain compliance with professional ethics and state regulations
Required Credentials
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Valid Ohio school psychologist licensure 2+ years of experience in school-based psychological services Competency in virtual service delivery and telepsychology practices Strong foundation in psychological assessment and interpretation Knowledge of developmental psychopathology and intervention strategies Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Professional Skills
Proficiency in cognitive, achievement, and behavioral assessment tools Experience with evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions Understanding of systems consultation and ecological approaches Ability to work with diverse student populations and presenting concerns Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in school psychology
