Join our Revenue Management Team as an E-Billing Specialist This role will be based out of one of our U.S. GT offices, on a remote basis. The role reports to the Director of Revenue Management. Position Summary The E-Billing Specialist is responsible for the submission and review of all firm-wide e-billing client invoices. The specialist will monitor submitted invoices to ensure the client did not reject or reduce them. Candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed. Responsibilities

Process client bills using Pre-bill Viewer and paper bills via Aderant software Electronic submissions of client invoices and accruals via various e-billing websites Research and answer accounting and billing questions Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney and assistant requests Execute, handle, and process a high volume of complex bills Review and verify the accuracy of billing documentation as required Assist with other special projects, ad hoc reports, and activities as needed; perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications

Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision and be proactive in a team setting High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management Analytical with strong problem-solving skills; takes initiative and uses good judgment; excellent follow-up skills Proactive in identifying accounting issues and providing solutions Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Education & Prior Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in handling billing/e-billing within a law firm Understanding of standard accounts payable concepts, practices, and procedures, and related applications Exceptional computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Technology Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with Aderant, Concur, Prebill Viewer, E-Billing Hub preferred; collection experience a plus compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this position is not specified here. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
