We\'re looking for a curious, collaborative, and impact-obsessed Senior Finance Manager to join us. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office. Responsibilities

Partner with FP&A teams to identify business needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into analytical deliverables that satisfy a broad range of stakeholders Investigate issues with relentless curiosity; answer "why", not just "what", to drive business transformation Support operational and financial reporting rhythms through data curation, automation, and ad hoc analysis Build models, frameworks, and visualizations that clarify outcomes and help leaders take action Work closely with forecasters, data engineers, analysts, and product owners to enhance data pipelines and tooling Education and Work Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or data strategy roles Proficiency with SQL and large datasets, with experience optimizing code and ETL pipelines to support reporting; Python experience (or strong interest in learning) is a plus Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Streamlit Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for turning loosely defined ideas into high-leverage outcomes Strong communication: ability to distill complexity into clarity and adapt voice to the audience Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional workstreams Additional Details

LI-Hybrid LI-Corporate At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (No) DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (No) Safety Sensitive Position (No) Base Pay Range: $94,300 - $170,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience and may vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic incentives, based on role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance.
